Fallbrook HOA Board of Directors  |  Board Minutes December 19, 2025, 7:00 a.m. Commons Area Alley Maintenance Alley repairs and crack sealing were completed satisfactorily. The Board will obtain quotes for spray sealing now that contractor availability has improved. Short Retaining Wall & Mulch Bed (Stonebrook Parkway) This area will be added to the monthly maintenance schedule. Eagle Nursery will be engaged to perform an initial cleanup, followed by routine maintenance (weeding and general cleanup). Fallbrook HOA Board of Directors  |  Board Minutes September 12, 2025, 7:00am   Commons Area Alley Maintenance Contractors have completed the NU alley repairs. A final pass will be made to address minor cracks that need touch-up. Stream Maintenance Gana is scheduled to begin the annual stream maintenance once the ground. This fall they will focus on the adjustment of large rocks/boulders that have shifted over time.
