$425.00 | for all homeowners (maintenance of common area and trails) |
$100.00 | for homeowners located on alley lots (snow removal from alley) |
$360.00 | for homeowners not in the townhome association but located on Bushclover, Snowberry or Windflower (street fee assessment) |
$1,500.00 | for all homeowners in the townhome association ($125 monthly) |

Numerous opportunities are available for the homeowners to become involved with their Association. You may volunteer for one of the committees or attend any of the meetings throughout the year. The Homeowners Association Board meets quarterly and holds an annual all association meeting in January.
